LSU Career Expo

LSU's largest recruiting event, drawing hundreds of recruiters and about 2,000 students and alumni. There are opportunities for students in all fields and at all levels to network with professionals, learn about career options and graduate and professional programs, find out about open jobs, and generally explore their intended career fields.
This semester's Expo will be a two-day event separated by major and held from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.
- Day 1 -- Engineering, Science & Technology majors
- Day 2 -- Business & Liberal Arts majors
PLEASE NOTE: The dates have not yet been confirmed for this event. As soon as the dates are confirmed this site will be updated and registration will open.
To register, log in to Careers2Geaux, select the "Fall 2017 Career Expo Week Events is currently active" link on the right side of the welcome screen, and complete the registration form.
If you do not already have a Careers2Geaux account, please go to our public events calendar and click "Participant Registration" for the Fall 2017 Career Expo Week Events. On the following page, click the "Proceed to Registration Form" link under "new participants."
Refunds will not be awarded. Once you register for an event, you are required to pay even if you cancel your registration.
Become an event sponsor for $1,000. You can sign up to be an event sponsor during the registration process.
**The deadline to be recognized as a sponsor in pre-Expo print materials and advertisements is TBA 2017. This is a firm deadline. All logos must be in vector format and provided by this date.****
Benefits of sponsorship:
- Prime placement at the event.
- Name and/or logo included in ads run by the LSU Olinde Career Center two weeks prior to the event, on event web pages for both students and employers, in Careers2Geaux, and in e-newsletters sent to all students.
- Recognition at the event by the speaker delivering welcome address.
- Name and/or logo highlighted on event signage and in event handout.
All registration fees include admission for up to four recruiters and one 8-foot table. Up to two additional tables can be purchased for $300 per table.

Business = $550 ($850 for both days)
Government/nonprofit/graduate school = $300 ($450 for both days)
LSU System = $50 ($75 for both days)
Regular registration (TBA)
Business = $625 ($900 for both days)
Government/nonprofit/graduate school = $325 ($500 for both days)
LSU System = $75 ($100 for both days)
Late fee registration (TBA)
Business = $675 ($975 for both days)
Nonprofit/graduate school = $375 ($550 for both days)
LSU System = $100 ($125 for both days)
BEFORE the event
Display materials may be shipped to our office prior to the event. Please schedule delivery between TBD. If packages are shipped after the deadline, there is no guarantee materials will be at the reserved table when recruiters arrive.

**Please make sure that the name of your business/agency is clearly indicated on packaging so your display materials can be placed at your booth prior to your arrival.
AFTER the event
We will pre-arrange package pick-up by FedEx Ground and UPS Ground. A special area will be designated for dropping off your materials at the end of the day. Please remember to bring account numbers, shipping slips, and any other pertinent information you will need. The LSU Olinde Career Center cannot guarantee pick-up and is not responsible if materials are not shipped on time or do not arrive to the next destination by the requested date.
If you would like to ship your display materials using any other means, please make arrangements to have your materials picked up at the end of the event.
