About Jonathan : I am a freshman in Business Management. My passion helping and serving people both locally and internationally and giving them hope. I love to travel and have been to Jamaica, Mexico, Haiti, South Africa, India, and Mozambique on mission trip throughout the past 5 years. In 2011, I raised over $10,000 for Haiti and was able to dig a water well that is providing water to over 5,000 people daily and sponsor a year-long lunch program for about 300 children. I am very excited to be the President of Rotaract and have great plans for the future. About Megan: I am a junior Biochemistry major and am planning on going to medical school after I graduate next May. I love learning and serving people and Rotaract at LSU lets me do both! Other things that you are likely to find me doing are: anything Harry Potter, eating awesome food, playing with monkey DNA in the genetics lab that I work in, and goofing off with my family.

About Erika: I'm a Pre-Med Biochemistry major and a sophomore at LSU. I love Rotaract and the opportunities it provides to serve the community and to make important connections. Serving the community and helping other people gives my life a meaningful purpose. This, as well as interest in the sciences, is what has made me want to become a doctor. I’m looking forward to all of the great service projects and events Rotaract has coming up in 2012!

About Nina: I am a Senior majoring in Human Resources Management. I am a transfer student from Seattle and I joined Rotaract from my very first semester in LSU. Rotaract for its value, its mission and commitment. I love interacting and helping people. Volunteering is one of my favorite activities, you can get to meet new people, learn the new thing and also help others as well, what's better than this?

About Kelsey: I am a double major in Biology and Spanish with plans to go to medical school and then go on to be a pediatrician. I love to help people and really want to be involved in community service over seas. I am 19 and love getting to know people!

About Meredith: I am a senior in biological sciences with a minor in psychology. After graduating, I plan to attend graduate school in environmental science, management and policy -- hopefully on the west coast! I have a passion for our environment and for sustainability, especially at LSU. I am involved in Rotaract for many reasons, the main one being the commitment to service throughout the community.

About Tran Tran: I'm a sophomore mass communication major, with a concentration in public relations. You might have seen me somewhere on campus: I get involved as often as I can and in different areas - it's all about the experiences! I joined Rotaract precisely because the club seems to focus on the same values I do, which are just about almost everything - academics, service, professional networking and an international outreach. As International Chair, my goal is to build a stronger connection between the members of Rotaract and the international student community, and in the long term with the international Rotaract/Rotary network. About Allyson: I am a sophomore studying human movement science with a minor psychology with hopes ofgoing to Physical Therapy School. I absolutely love this university! There is nothingbetter than watching Tiger Band take the field before football games orlistening to the bell tower playing the Alma Mater at noon.
