DIVISIONS
Collegiate: Must be a full time graduate or undergraduate student at a 2 or 4 year academic institution.
Open: Any lifter not fitting the above description can lift as a non-collegiate lifter.

There will be one overall best lifter award for men and women

ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY NOVEMBER 14th, 2008.

Individual entry cost $10.00. Team entry $20.00. Team roster must accompany entry.
RULES
Raw is defined as a belt and wrist wraps only. No thumb less grips allowed; there is a “Start” command, and a “Press” command. The lifters buttocks must remain in contact with the bench for the duration of the lift and both feet must stay in contact with the floor.
Teams can consist of a maximum of 10 lifters with no more than 2 per weight class. Each lifter will have 3 attempts at achieving their best lift.

Wednesday, November 19: 6-7 PM at the LSU Rec Center
MEET SCHEDULE:
This will be a one day meet. Depending on the number of entries, we will most likely run
a one session meet, beginning at 7 PM. This is subject to change!!!
