    • Andouille (ahn-do-ee): Spicy sausages with Red Beans and Rice and other Creole delicacies
    • Beignet (bin-yay): Sweet doughnut but in strips sprinkled with powdered sugar
    • Boudin (boo-dan): Hot, spicy, ground pork mixed with onions, cooked rice, herbs and stuffed in sausage casing.
