Each year, all Lambda Chi Alpha chapters come together to raise food in the
North American Food Drive. This National Philanthropy began back on November
6, 1993. On this day, Lambda Chi Alpha completed the largest single-day philanthropic
event with over 150 chapters and colonies and 8,000 members joined together
for "Brothers Feeding Others." During the 2000 campaign, the Fratenity
exceeded its goal of 2,000,000 lbs. by 721,897 lbs. The 2,721,897 lbs. of
food collected made history this past year.
