Welcome to Shotokan Karate at LSU on the Web!

Shotokan Karate at LSU is both an athletic and social student organization, and a member of the Japan Karate Association American Federation. As the oldest student organization still in existence at Louisiana State University we offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced level training. LSU students, alumni, faculty, and staff are all encouraged to come out and join us.

Classes for the 2012 spring semester begin on Tuesday, January 17.

We offer free introductory classes!! Come by and train with us for 2 weeks to see if you like it.

We will accept new students for the beginner class through Thursday, February 2. Come join us!

We are located in the dance studio of the Huey P. Long Field House. The Field House is across the street from the Indian Mounds and next to the Cox Communications Academic Center for Student Athletes. Please click here for a map
