Welcome to the Brazilian Student Association. The Brazilian Student Association was created in 1991 with the general purpose to provide Brazilian students with fair representation at the LSU campus. Also, the association was created to specifically promote the Brazilian culture in its individuality as a Portuguese-speaking Latin American country.

It is of our intention to revive the association. We intend to accomplish these goals through formal and informal meetings, continuous communication with Brazilian students and anyone interested in Brazilian culture, promotion of cultural events, and work closely with the student government. In fact, 2003 is the first year that International Task Force, an organization meant to closely unite the student government and international student organizations, will take place at LSU.
