Serving the Baton Rouge Community

Scotch Guard members dedicate many hours towards serving the Baton Rouge community each semester.  It is a common belief among Scotch Guard ladies that the the more you put into Scotch Guard, the more you get out of it.  Because of this belief, members spend many more hours than the required 5 in volunteering at BREC events, such as Haunted Forrest and Holiday in the Park.  Scotch Guard also hosts at least one event with the Ollie Steele Nursing Home each semester.  Other organizations that the Guard volunteers with include the Mary Bird Perkins Center, Habitat for Humanity, Relay for Life, and any other organization that needs our help.
