Welcome to the website of The Army Scotch Guard at LSU!

Scotch Guard was established on November 27, 1962 by Colonel Dale Swindle. His only request was that the organization be called The Army Scotch Guard and that the girls wear the Prince Charles plaid. The Guard then became an honorary women’s auxiliary organization to the United States Army ROTC, making a commitment to serve not only the army alone, but also to serve the Louisiana State University campus and the Baton Rouge community.

Please feel free to explore our site and learn more about this Sisterhood of Service!
