Students must pass all required
sections of the PRAXIS Series prior to graduation/program completion.

An ACT score of 22 or above or an SAT score of 1030 or above or passing
scores on the PRAXIS I (Reading, Writing, and Mathematics) are required for

Praxis II is also required for
graduation/program completion. Praxis II is composed of two components: 1)
Principles of Learning & Teaching and 2) Subject Area
Assessments. Part I is recommended to be taken when enrolled in EDCI
3002 and Part II is recommended to be taken when enrolled in EDCI 4003.

the Praxis, contact 137 Himes Hall at 578-9487 to schedule a
computer-based test. Contact PRAXIS at 609-771-7395 or on the web at www.ets.org/praxis, to schedule a paper-based test date. Registration
information is available in 236 Peabody Hall. (Note: Standby Testing will NOT be offered in 2007–08.
