Suggested Personal Safety Language for Faculty Syllabi
Personal safety is just that, a personal responsibility. However, there
is safety in numbers and since this class meets at night, you are strongly
encouraged to "buddy-up" when both arriving and departing the
building. If you have any concerns or suggestions to help keep us all safe,
please don't hesitate to bring them to the attention of the entire class.
I want to make this an interesting, challenging, enjoyable and safe semester
for all of you!
