Splatterbeat In conjunction with Homecoming LSU and LSU Student Government, RHA doubled the size of its most popular Fall event this year. With over 3,000 participants it was a great paint-splattering, drum-beating, bass-booming fun time!

Last Band Standing Occurring in conjunction with Late Night at LSU, students came to watch bands and musical
performers compete. The top 3 not only won prizes, but will also perform at RHA’s Crawfish Boil in April.
Mardi Gras Ball Louisiana is known for its culture and in keeping up with the tradition, RHA held its annual Mardi
Gras Ball to celebrate the carnival season. Beads, king cake, and plenty of dancing were present at the event and it was a great success!
SWACURH The SWACURH conference is a 4 day event that is full of many exciting events, dances, programming sessions,
and informative round table discussions.

Block Party The Block Party was a great program that enabled residents to meet other residents from their Residence
Halls and Residence Halls across the hall. It was a fun time with tons of dancing, music, and socializing!
Spring 2007
Crawfish Boil Every spring, LSU residents are treated to a ton of crawfish, literally, from the Residence Hall
Association. This year, the Crawfish Boil was bigger than ever before with inflatables, 3 bands, prizes such as Jazz Fest tickets, and more!
It was quite the event, and it will not soon be forgotten by residents!

Block Party The Block Party is typically the first event every year and this year was no different. With Raising
Cane’s and Dominos in tow, the Residence Hall Association gave a great opportunity for residents to venture outside of their residence
halls to meet their neighbors and meet their new friends.

Haunted WCA LSU Residence Hall Association is also a service organization. As a service organization, every year
RHA sponsors “Haunted WCA”. Haunted WCA is a time when children can trick-or-treat in the safety of LSU's West Campus Apartments.
Thriller of the Night Thriller of the Night was a brand-new program that took place on Friday, October 13th, 2006.
With some great music and lots of dancing, residents had a blast dressing up in their Halloween attire.
