Tour an apartment in the Nicholson Gateway Apartments Showroom located on the ground floor of the Student Union every M-F 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. (excluding university holidays) No appointment is necessary; just enter through the exterior doors facing the Parade Ground on the first floor of the Student Union.

Leasing for Nicholson Gateway Apartments is now open to all LSU students.

Log in to the housing portal (myLSU > Student Services > On-Campus Housing) and select the Undergrad Housing Fall 2018 application term. (Yes, even graduate students should select that term):

Current on-campus residents will complete the application, select an apartment, and then pay $250 advance rent to secure that apartment space.
Students not currently living on campus will complete the application, pay $250 advance rent and application fee, and then will gain access to search for, select, and secure an apartment space.
