Upperclassman Apartments

Life on campus doesn't end after freshman year. Three on-campus apartment complexes offer second-year students and above the convenience of living on campus with the private bedrooms and amenities upperclassmen seek.

East Campus Apartments

East Campus Apartments (ECA) offers LSU students space and privacy of apartments, with all the benefits of living on campus. Located near the Student Union and University Recreation Center, ECA is the next step for students after residence halls.

One building in ECA is home to Sophomore Gold, an opportunity for second-year students to receive academic and professional mentorship targeted towards the sophomore year experience and grow as a student leader in the LSU community.

West Campus Apartments

West Campus Apartments (WCA) also offers LSU students space and privacy with all the benefits of living on campus, but on the west side on campus near athletic venues and Middleton Library.

West Campus Apartments remains open over the summer.

One building in WCA is home to the Leadership & Service Living-learning Community, an opportunity for second-year students interested in leadership development, service-learning, and community outreach.

Nicholson Gateway Apartments

LSU is embarking on the Nicholson Gateway project to transform the Nicholson Drive corridor into the premier on-campus option for upperclassmen and graduate students.

Nicholson Gateway is a community that provides the comprehensive college experience coupled with convenience and security of living on campus. With restaurants, retail stores and athletic venues steps away, Nicholson Gateway has everything LSU students need and want.
