Summer Call Center Operator 

The Call Center/Front Desk Operator for the Department of Residential Life is a student staff member employed in the spring semester and/or summer. This position works with and reports directly to the Coordinator for Communications and Administrative Services. He/she is responsible for making and receiving calls regarding LSU on-campus housing, and assisting at the front desk. To apply, please email reslife@lsu.edu.

 

Summer Desk Assistant 

Every on-campus community has a front desk, and most are open 24/7. Desk Assistants (DAs) work at the desks as customer-service agents and first point-of-contact for residents. Whether it’s a room lockout, package pick up, submitting a work order, or guest registration, DAs handle it all. Application coming soon.

 

Summer Computer Technician

Residential Life has its own IT Help Desk to support on-campus residents. If you carry a basic customer support skillset or seeking a CIS degree and are interested in an information technology field, you can gain hands-on practical work experience in this position in the areas of PC troubleshooting, Hardware/Software installation and Network Support.  To apply, please send your cover letter and resume to reslifehelp@lsu.edu
