Creating an IMOnline account
for Intramural Leagues and Tournaments
All registration must be completed at the SRC Operations Desk.
Scheduling and roster management must be completed through IMOnline.

Intramural Leagues and Tournaments has upgraded its online software to allow participants more freedom to manage their roster and an expanded team interface.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT
1. Navigate to the IMOnline website: http://www.lsu.edu/urec/html/imtrack.html
2. Click on the “sign-up” link in the top right corner.
3. Fill in the blanks provided (user name, password, etc)
4. For LSU ISO, it is the 16 digit number located below the 89 number. This number must match exactly with our database. DO NOT USE THE 17TH DIGIT AFTER THE DASH!

NAVIGATING THE WEBSITE
1. In the top right corner of the web page you will your username.
i. MY ACCOUNT – Will enable you to change your username, password, name, and email.
ii. MY PROFILE – Update your name and email address
iii. MY FAMILY – Used to view those listed as family on your account (Not currently available)
iv. SHOPPING CART – No financial transactions are available online, this feature is not active.
2. Clicking the “sports” tab will show all current sports for registration, roster sign-ups, schedules and results, and upcoming sports. Click on the “sign-up” link in the top right corner.
3. The “help” tab will show you the available help options for the website.Fill in the blanks provided (user name, password, etc)
4. IMOnline User Links – Far right column
i. CREATE TEAM –Register a team for the open sports
ii. JOIN TEAM – Join a team currently registered (Team password required)
iii. FUTURE SPORTS – Lists all upcoming sport registration information
iv. FREE AGENCY – Sign up as a free agent.
a. Select the sport you want to sign up for as a free agent
b. Click the green plus sign for all leagues/divisions you will play on, or use the options on the
right-hand column.
c. Add any comments, especially days available to play or skill level to help captains make a
decision.

REGISTERING A TEAM AS A CAPTAIN
1. Sign up/Log in to the system
2. Under “Active Team & Roster Registrations”, click on the sport name
3. Under the “Registration is Open!” heading, click on “Sign up a Team”
4. Choose the appropriate League/Division. Participants may only participate on one team in each league.
5. Enter a team name, team password and color, and accept the team terms and roster terms and conditions (Waiver)
6. You may now invite players to be on your team by entering their name and email in the space provided.
7. All captains must be approved by the Intramural office to register a team. To be approved, you must attend one captain’s meeting and a sport meeting. To verify your status as a captain, click on the “captain’s card” link on the right hand menu.

REGISTERING AS A FREE AGENT
1. Sign up/Log in to the system using your 16 digit ISO # on your Tiger Card
2. In the right hand column, click on the “Free Agency” link
3. Click on the “Update Free Agency Status” icon that corresponds with your desired sport
4. You should now see the “Free Agency” screen (shown below). Use this screen to:
i. Add yourself as a free agent to any league (league options are shown on the left of the screen)
ii. Add yourself as a free agent to be available in any division in the sport
iii. Add yourself as a free agent for all divisions within a specific league
iv. Add yourself as a free agent to be available on certain nights of the week
5. After you “add free agent request”, you should see a confirmation screen on the top right. Captains will now see you listed as a free agent and will have the option to contact you regarding open roster spots. You should periodically check the free agent list and, if possible, contact other free agents to create a team.

INVITING PLAYERS TO YOUR TEAM
1. Log in at the website
2. In the right hand column, click on the “My Teams” link
3. Click on the “Invite New Players” icon corresponding with your team
4. Enter in the names and email addresses of the players you wish to invite to your team
5. Key in your team’s password and send the invitations
6. The players will respond by joining your team
NOTE: When signing up a team as a captain, the site may default to the invite players screen as soon as the team is signed up.

JOINING A TEAM WITHOUT AN EMAIL INVITE FROM THE CAPTAIN
1. Sign up/Log in to the system
2. “Under Active Team & Roster Registrations”, click on the sport in which you wish to add yourself to a team
3. Under the “Registration is Open!” heading, click on the “Join a Team” link
4. Select the league your team is in, and choose your team from the drop down list on the right hand side of the screen. Enter the team’s password, and be sure to accept the terms and conditions (waiver) before adding yourself to the roster. After adding yourself, you should see a confirmation message.

DELETING A PLAYER FROM THE ROSTER
This may only be done if the person in question has not checked in for your team.
1. Log in to the system on the website
2. Click on the “Sports” tab in the upper right hand corner on the screen
3. On the right hand side, click on the “My Rosters”
4. On the line with the team you want to edit, click the “view roster” icon.
5. Players that have not checked in will be able to be dropped if a red X appears by their name.
Click the red X and then confirm your choice to drop the player.

Eligibility for registering through IMOnline

- Must be a full time student at LSU and have their student fees paid
- Be a part-time student and have paid their student fees
|
