How to Register for Intramural Leagues and Tournaments
The following is a step-by-step guide on successfully registering for Intramural Leagues and Tournaments.

STEP 1: REGISTER AT THE SRC OPERATIONS DESK
All teams must fill out a registration form and pay the registration fee at the SRC Operations Desk by the posted deadline for each sport.  ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

STEP 2: CAPTAIN’S MEETING
Each team is required to have a captain, that is a member on the team, and the captain must attend one Captain’s Meeting per semester (all meetings occur in the SRC Classroom 1).

STEP 4: SPORT SCHEDULING
After a captain has: 1) paid, 2) attended a Captain’s Meeting during the current semester, and 3) attended the Sport Meeting for which they are participating, they will become an authorized captain and permitted to schedule teams online.  ONLY AUTHORIZED CAPTAINS MAY SCHEDULE TEAMS.

Sport scheduling will open:
2/2 at 5 a.m. for BASKETBALL and SOCCER
2/16 at 5 a.m. for SOFTBALL and SAND VOLLEYBALL

Sport scheduling will remain open for 24 hours. Space is limited and available on a first come/first served basis.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Online registration is tentative until the Intramural Office verifies the team is registered in the correct league and the team name is appropriate.  Failure to register in the correct league in which you paid will result in your team losing your spot in the time slot.

On the Friday following registration, it is possible that your time slot will not have filled.  When this happens, the Intramural Office will be contacting teams to adjust schedules as needed in order to fill time slots.
