Treatment services through PSYC typically follow a behavioral or cognitive-behavioral orientation—currently considered the most effective forms of therapy for most child and adolescent disorders. Our services emphasize evidence-based practice (making sure research supports the techniques we use). |

Assistance with a variety of difficulties for children and teens up to 16 years of age. While working with the individual child or teen may be the focus, parents are frequently incorporated as well. |

Classes for new parents deciding how to discipline or veterans with children who have particularly strong wills (tantrums, etc.). Services are geared toward younger children (under 7 yrs) and can also include parents of developmentally disabled children (autism). |
