Research Interests:
My research involves extending the findings of basic-oriented research
to improve behavioral interventions for young children. The goal
of this research is to not only to develop effective practices,
but to also extend our knowledge of the processes that result in
behavior change. Some of these focus areas involve expanding the
range and efficacy of reinforcing stimuli for children with developmental
disabilities, developing effective stimulus-control procedures to
minimize children’s disruptions during group instruction,
and establishing verbal repertoires with children with language
delays.
