RESEARCH INTERESTS:
The primary focus of my research is on how working adults manage
their work and family lives and how work and family stressors affect
outcomes such as health and work motivation. My research is applied
in its focus with an emphasis on conducting research that has implications
for both individual employees as well as their organization. I also
conduct research on different types of employee selection/assessment
tools (i.e., cognitive ability tests, integrity tests). A common thread
across my research is my interest in methodological issues in conducting
I/O research.
