The LSU Psychology Department is committed to the research and treatment of anxiety disorders across the lifespan. The Psychology Department houses two laboratories that specialize in research aimed at understanding the nature of treatment of anxiety disorders.

The Anxiety and Addictive Behaviors Laboratory is primarily concerned with the research and treatment of adults with anxiety generally and of adults with co-occurring anxiety and addictive behaviors. We specialize in research, training, treatment, & assessment of adults suffering from anxiety, with a particular emphasis on when anxiety co-occurs with addictive behaviors.
