Making an Appointment for Assessment or Treatment

We appreciate your interest in the Anxiety Disorders Clinic and our services.  This page will help you make an appointment with the Anxiety Disorders Clinic for an assessment, for treatment, or for both. 

To make an appointment by phone, please call the Psychological Services Center.  You will likely speak with a center receptionist who will take some initial contact information and your reason for calling.  One of our trained clinicians will return your call to ask some initial questions and set up your appointment time.
