State purchasing regulations require all LSU employee apparel to be produced using LSU-licensed vendors. A list of licensed vendors and purchasing procedures can be found at www.fas.lsu.edu/purchasing. Employee apparel designs are for the use of LSU employees only and may not be used on apparel intended to be sold to the general public. Contact the LSU Office of Trademark Licensing prior to producing any apparel intended to be sold. Both the LSU unit and the licensed vendor are responsible for ensuring that designs for employee apparel are reproduced without alteration.
