Design Services Information
Effective July 1, 2011, Design Services will no longer be in operation. This change is in accordance with the dissolution of Procurement Auxiliary Services, where Copier Management will report through University Auxiliary Services and University Stores will report through Facility Services. In preparation for closure, Design Services will not accept any new design jobs after May 15, 2011.
Please contact Design Services at 578-0583 by June 15, 2011 if you wish to obtain your archived design files.
In the absence of Design Services, the Office of Communications and University Relations (CUR) will help campus units to obtain design assistance. Please refer to the links below for a brief questionnaire about your specific job request and send the completed form in an e-mail to approvals@lsu.edu. CUR will evaluate your request within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and will respond with next steps. Please refer to the FAQs below for more information and details.
