Preventing the Christmas Blues: LSU Experts Available to Speak about Staying Mentally and Physically Fit During the Holidays

BATON ROUGE – LSU faculty experts are available for media interviews to discuss how to stay mentally and physically fit during the holidays. Topics of discussion include the impact of alcohol use on physical and mental health, as well as ways to help children stay active during the holidays.
