Sally Stiel Joins LSU Alumni Association Staff
BATON ROUGE - Sally Stiel has joined the LSU Alumni Association as senior director of alumni engagement and marketing.
“We are fortunate to have Sally on our team,” said Cliff Vannoy, president and CEO of the LSU Alumni Association. “Her wide-ranging experience in national advertising and brand development will be an asset to our continued growth and contribute greatly to our success in supporting LSU and Tiger Nation.”
Stiel was most recently advertising manager at L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge. Before joining L’Auberge, she was the senior media planner and buyer for SK+G Advertising in Las Vegas and account executive/media planner and buyer with Edelman Advertising in Baton Rouge.
While in Las Vegas, Stiel was an active member and social director of the LSU alumni chapter, the Sin City Tigers, and volunteered with the Epicurean Charitable Foundation, Taste of the Nation Las Vegas and JDRF International. She is the current president of Playmakers of Baton Rouge Board of Directors, serves on the Louisiana Governor's Mansion Preservation Foundation Board of Trustees and is a Zeta Tau Alpha (Delta Kappa) alumna.
Stiel holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from LSU.
