BATON ROUGE – The LSU Olinde Career Center will now be able to accept passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for passports Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the LSU Olinde Career Center located at 158 in the LSU Student Union. The new passport office will open Thursday, Jan. 15.

The LSU Tiger Card office will issue passport photos Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. located at 109 LSU Student Union. The cost for two photos is $10 and is available to the general public.

“Having the ability to accept passport applications within the LSU Olinde Career Center was a service President Alexander envisioned for campus,” said Mary Feduccia, director, LSU Olinde Career Center. “We are excited to be the office providing this convenient service and began the approval process soon after the new Career Center opened in August,” Feduccia stated. “This is just another opportunity for LSU to serve and support our Tigers, as well as the general public.”
