Lost and FoundLost & Found

Lost items and reports of lost items should be brought to the guest relations tent located next to the UREC Building. Items not collected by 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 13, from the guest relations tent will be turned over to LSU Police. LSU Police are located in the Public Safety Building on South Stadium Drive. Call 225-578-3231 to see if your item has been turned in.

First AidFirst Aid & Emergency Services

In the event of an emergency, call the LSU Police at 225-578-3231. Assistance with first aid and other emergencies can be obtained at the nearest information kiosk. Assistance can also be requested from volunteers in gold-colored shirts and LSU Day public safety personnel.  You may also call the LSU Police at 225-578-3231.

Lost Persons

In the event that your party becomes separated, proceed to the nearest information kiosk or to any LSU Day staff member wearing a gold-colored shirt. You may also call the LSU Police at 225-578-3231.

Disabled AccessAccessibility

All LSU Day buses and shuttles are wheelchair accessible. Most buildings are also accessible.

Disability Services
Attendees who need reasonable accommodations for a disability (other than parking) should make arrangements at least one week in advance by calling LSU Disability Services at 225-578-5919.

Interpreting/Captioning Requests
Interpreting or captioning requests for LSU Day should be made at least one week in advance by contacting Jennie Bourgeois at 225-578-4913 or jsbourg@lsu.edu.

Rain Plan

LSU Day will proceed rain or shine. In the event of rain, outdoor events will be relocated in the Student Union.

Photography & Videography

By attending the LSU Day event premises, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording, which will be taking place during the event. Such photography and recordings may be used for LSU promotion through publications, Web casts, telecasts, advertising, and for other purposes by Louisiana State University. By entering this event, you waive all rights you may have to claims for payment or royalties in connection with publication, Web casts, broadcasts, and exhibition of these materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, kindly let our photographer or videographer know. Thank you.

Pets

Pets: For the safety of all guests, please do not bring pets to LSU Day.

Louisiana is known for good food and LSU has multiple options to satisfy your appetite on LSU Day. Here is where you can buy something good to eat or drink.

Enjoy hot or cold sandwiches, wraps, and, of course, bagels. Gourmet salads, pastries, muffins, deserts, and hot and cold specialty beverages are also available.

Hot dog, barbecue, and popcorn vendors will be available.

Smoothie King
Enjoy nutritional smoothies made with real fruits and juices.

Join the LSU Alumni Association for their Homecoming Day lunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch is $7.75 per person and includes salad, entrée, sides, dessert, and tea or water. Call 225-383-COOK (2665) for details.

The 459 Outtakes* (inside The 459 Commons dining hall)
The 459 Outtakes features a Taco Bell and Papa John’s in addition to a convenience store with plenty of grab-and-go items.

Take 5* (inside The 5 dining hall at the rear entrance facing West Campus Apartments)
This location features a Quiznos Subs, a coffee bar, and lots of snacks, chips, beverages, and frozen foods. Outdoor covered seating is available too!

LSU Faculty Club
The Faculty Club will offer their pre-game buffet from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Homecoming buffet includes: seafood gumbo; mixed garden green salad with choice of dressing; red quinoa with cranberries; Waldorf salad; carved, baron of beef; southern fried chicken; shrimp penne pesto pasta; flounder roulades with lemon caper sauce; whipped sweet potatoes with cane syrup; broccoli casserole; corn O’Brien; assorted desserts; and rolls.
