Getting to LSU Day
By Car
Louisiana State University welcomes more than one million visitors every year, and most of those visitors arrive via the interstate system. Louisiana State University is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.The directions below offer the easiest routes to campus from I-10.
Nicholson Dr. (North):
From Areas West of Baton Rouge
-Exit at Nicholson Dr./Highland Rd. (Exit 155A).
-Follow signs to Nicholson Drive. Take a left at the exit ramp and follow the signs to LSU.
-Park in the Hayfield and Levee Lots off of River Road and Gourrier Avenue.College Dr.:
From Areas East of Baton Rouge
-Exit College Drive South (Exit 158).
-Take a left on the exit ramp and travel until you reach Nicholson Drive.
-Take a right on Nicholson Drive and follow signs to LSU.
-Park in the Hayfield and Levee Lots off of River Road and Gourrier Avenue.Note: Vehicles will not be permitted in the center of campus on the following streets: North Stadium Drive, South Stadium Drive and West Stadium Drive near Tiger Stadium. Nicholson Extension will also be closed beginning at 7 a.m., except for vehicles with parking permits.
By Bus
Take the Capital Area Transit (CATS) Route 47 (Highland Route) to the LSU Campus. The bus system will drop you off near the LSU Student Union.By Bike or on Foot
LSU encourages guests who live near campus to bike or walk to LSU Day. Bike racks are available around campus for secure bike storage during the day.Disability Services

Parking
Parking is free. Parking locations for LSU Day are noted on the map. Once on campus, signage will direct you to appropriate parking areas. Please do not park in fire lanes. Parking areas for guests with disabilities are reserved for vehicles displaying state-issued permits.
