This survey will provide important information that
your community and church leaders can use
to help community members return and rebuild.
The survey results come right back to your community,
where they can do the most good .

Remember: your personal answers
are kept strictly confidential and private.
Only aggregate, percentaged results will be reported,
not your personal answers.

  • Please click on the Parish you lived in when Hurricane Katrina struck, not the Parish you live in now, if it's different.  (The versions are the same, except for their references to the names of the Parishes.) The survey is on a secure site.

Knowing people's reasons and needs
