The Self Service interface is available to all LSU faculty, staff and students. It offers you the ability to enter your own incidents and track them over time as they are updated by our ITS staff! Just click here or below and enter your PAWS username with @lsu.edu at the end and your PAWS password in the appropriate field. Once you click “Ok”, you’ll find yourself in your own personalized Self Service interface. Just click on the “Submit New Incidents” button to submit a problem, or click on the “View My New Incidents” link in the center of the page to see any work orders you have already submitted. Clicking on the work order number will display all relevant information contained in the work order, including any updates posted by our technicians.

The Self Service interface is one of our Help Desk services, however you can still call the ITS Help Desk at 578-3375 or contact us by clicking on the Online Assistance link on the left.
