Account creation information and password resets are available through our Help Desk for all campus accounts. This includes PAWS, LSU Active Directory, Mainframe, TSM backup, TigerNet, long distance telephone, and departmental Web site accounts.

PAWS accounts include a security question feature, in case of forgotten passwords. This may be set up from within the PAWS account, and provides the fastest and easiest means of resetting PAWS passwords. PAWS and Mainframe account passwords may also be reset directly through the ITS Help Desk, and instructions for other account actions are listed on the ITS Help Desk Web site.
