The ITS Help Desk is the primary customer interface for information, access and assistance related to the services provided by our organization. We are committed to offering an exceptional support experience for the campus community, and are ready to assist faculty, staff and students with any ITS related need.
Our services range from account operations to in-depth technical support, and we can be contacted through various distinct avenues. Our self service application is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offers an interface for creating, monitoring and editing requests for technical problem resolution.
Our online assistance service offers a direct connection to our Help Desk during regular hours through a chat interface, and features direct assistance for PC support.
