John Boersma is a Ph.D. candidate with a primary concentration in political theory and a secondary concentration in comparative politics. Prior to attending LSU, John received both a law degree and a master’s degree from St. John’s University in New York, writing his thesis on the political thought of Edmund Burke and constitutional interpretation. His primary research interests lie in law, ancient political thought and constitutional interpretation.
