LSU Libraries

    LSU Libraries, a centralized system containing more than 3.2 million volumes, includes the Middleton Library and Hill Memorial Library. The Government Documents Department is a regional depository for U.S. government and UN documents. For more information about library hours, procedures, and services, contact the Reference Desk at Middleton Library, 225-578-8875.

    New faculty or staff members may request a tour by calling the Reference Desk between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays. Staff members may borrow books upon presentation of a valid ID card; employees are responsible for fines and lost book fees.

    The Hebert Law Center and the School of Veterinary Medicine maintain separately administered, specialized libraries.
