2008 Chancellor's Day Parade

This annual event, which occurs the week of the Chancellor's Honors Convocation, affords the opportunity for the Chancellor to re-assert the University's commitment to a military presence at LSU and express support for ongoing efforts to strengthen the Corps of Cadets.

In addition, the Commandant of Cadets uses this event as the official Change of Command Ceremony when the new Corps Commander officially takes command of the LSU Corps of Cadets.

The 2008 Chancellor's Day Parade was held on May 1st on the Parade Ground at the LSU War Memorial.
