The Project Team also continues to prepare for campus demonstrations of LSU-specific
scenarios. These scenarios will be demonstrated for the first time at the Associate
and Assistant Dean's meeting on November 3. Further town halls will be held on November
7 from 3 – 5 p.m. in Room 10, Lockett Hall and November 8 from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. in
room E-130, Howe-Russell. These town halls will provide an opportunity for the campus
community to learn more about what the Geaux Forward project is and to view an overview
of basic functionality in Workday Student as part of the Fit & Feasibility Study currently
Elahe Russell, Executive Director in Bursar Operations, was featured in this month’s
Graduate Staff Spotlight. We noted she mentioned the Student Systems Modernization Project and are excited
to continue to work with Elahe!

who work with the course offering, helping students with registration related questions
regarding waitlisting, prerequisites, etc.. If you are a member of one of these groups

In preparation for the go-no-go decision in December, team leadership will be meeting
with each IT Governance member individually to document their needs for data on the
scorecard. These meetings are currently being scheduled through the month of November.
