Microbial Testing (Food Safety and Microbiology Lab)

The Food Safety and Microbiology lab helps food processors, laboratories and individuals in any microbiological and safety issues they may have. This includes shelf life studies, formulation and process validations, etc.
Our facilities are Bio Security Level 2 which allows us to work with a wide variety of both harmless and pathogenic bacteria. We also count with laboratory modern techniques such as RT-PCR.
Our lab is well equipped to handle not only your routine testing needs, but also your special projects, research projects, and product development analytical support.
We can run tests such as:

Aerobic (Standard) Plate Count (Petrifilm) Salmonella
Anaerobic Plate Count Shigella
