A 3-day workshop on “Teaching Demonstration for Standard Draft of Sensory Evaluation Course: Lecture Portion (Phase III)” was conducted and hosted by Department of Product Development Technology, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University (CMU), Chiang Mai, Thailand, January 13-15, 2010. There were about 32 faculty members, who are currently teaching the undergraduate sensory evaluation course, attending this workshop. This workshop was sponsored by Thailand Commission of Higher Education.

A 1-day short course on “Analysis of Just-About-Right Sensory Data,” sponsored by the Office of the Higher Education Commission, Ministry of Education, was conducted at Chiang Mai University (CMU), Chiang Mai, Thailand, January 19, 2010. There were 36 participants from food industries and academia attending this workshop.

A 2-hr seminar on “Effective Manuscript Writing for International Journal Submission” was delivered at Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai, Thailand, January 20, 2010. There were about 40 faculty, research staffs, and graduate students attending this seminar.
