2012 LSU United Way Campaign

 

Over the month of October, LSU employees will have the opportunity to give to the 2012 LSU United Way campaign via PAWS at: http://appl008.lsu.edu/pwsdefault.nsf/unitedway?openagent. Donations will be accepted through Friday, November 2nd.

LSU is proud to partner with the Capital Area United Way which actively impacts the community by investing in over 47 agencies and 120 programs that have measurable results in education, income and health. Your contribution will be invested in strategies that work to solve the underlying causes of problems in the 10 parish area that CAUW serves. All contributions can make a difference.

 

$1 per paycheck could provide seven meals at the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank

$7 per paycheck could provide 12 books to one child between the ages of 0-5 in our community for 5 years--that's a library of 60 books!

$10 per paycheck could provide 10 vital prescriptions filled for a cancer patient
