More about Ms. Erma J. Levy

I am Erma J. Levy. I have a B.S. in Nutrition from U.S.L. and a Masters in Public Health Nutrition from Tulane Univ. I have been with the Pennington Center for almost a year. I'm currently working on two other studies that focuses on the reversal of heart disease and the reduction of blood pressure.
