Dear Ms. Patty,

Once again we are approaching that time of year when we as a church family honor our Sunday school teachers. To thank them, we will have a gathering in the church hall on Sunday March 5, 2000 after the church service.

Last year’s program was a tremendous success.  The teachers were too touched to express their feelings in words.  All who attended were uplifted, encouraged, and inspired to continue teaching and training our children.  Teacher’s Appreciation 2000 promises to be just as successful.  In order to make it a success, we are asking for donations.  Please consider a financial donation of your choice or sponsorship in one or more of the following: fruit baskets, recognition certificates, trophies, and /or gift bags.  Your gifts are tax deductible.

Attached is a sponsorship form.  If you wish to send a monetary donation, please write the amount on the form and enclose it in the self addressed stamped envelope.  Other donations may be dropped off at the church office Monday through Friday during the hours of 9 a.m. -5 p.m.
