1855 Brightside Dr.
Baton Rouge, LA 70820 20 May 2000 Mr. John Fixit
Dear Mr. Fixit: I was recently involved in an auto accident. I brought my 1997 Honda Accord to your auto shop to fix my rear bumper and trunk. Upon receiving my car, I find that the work was not satisfactory. When I brought my car in, I requested that you use factory paint, and I agreed pay any extra cost. Now when I look at my car in a certain light, the new paint on my trunk does not match the rest of my car. I brought my car to the dealership and they told me that the paint you used was not Honda Factory Paint. I didn't ask for a new bumper, but you charged me for one. On a careful inspection, I noticed a scratch that was originally on the bumper still there. My dealership confirmed that it was the same old bumper. The only thing done to the bumper was a remolding. This is what I need you to do to rectify this problem: 1. Refund the difference for the cost of a new bumper and the cost
of remolding an old bumper.
You can call me at 225-123-4567 any time after 5pm to resolve this
matter.
Sincerely,
Bryan Grant
