Subject: Mandatory Employee Meeting 

There will be a mandatory meeting this Tuesday, the 10^th of February, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the salon.  We will learn about our new product line from Paris, Kerestase. We will be the only salon in the Baton Rouge area carrying this wonderful new line. Kerestase is more of a treatment line than a styling line for hair; each product is individually made for a specific type of hair. Kathleen Smith, who is the Kerestase consultant for Pandocchi’s, will be coming to lead the meeting. 

This means that there can not be any appointments that day during those six hours.  I would like that to be a day off for everyone in the salon but, if you choose to open up your books after that time, please let me know. I will need to arrange for a receptionist to be here.  

At the meeting, we will 

• Learn about Kerestase from Kathleen
• Watch videos about Kerestase
• Learn what the new line consists of
• Learn how to apply the products
• Learn which products to use for different types of hair
• Learn how to set up the displays at your stations

Each stylist will be receiving one of the treatments. This will enable each of you to experience the Kerestase Ritual first hand. The treatments usually take about 30 minutes each and are accompanied by a mini- massage.   

We will have a 45 minute break for lunch, which will be provided by Kerestase. After our lunch break there will be a drawing for numerous door prizes. Remember that this meeting is mandatory.  In the event of your absence, you will not be certified to use the Kerestase line, which will ultimately hurt your totals. Kerestase is as rejuvenating product for any hair type that will greatly increase our product totals as well as our service totals. 

Pandocchi’s is one of, if not the, leading salon in the Baton Rouge area and with this new line we will continue being the best.
