Bad News Letter Example #16

06/13/2007

While the basic information is present in this letter, it is not organized effectively. Also, it  doesn't sell  readers on the improvements. It lacks sufficient detail. Readers should  be excited about these changes, but there is very little reason for such enthusiasm. Finally, the letter is marred by some awkward and wordy phrasing.
