Survey in collaboration with LouisianaRebuilds.Info, an organization and website that helps Louisiana residents get information, resources, and recovery/rebuilding assistance and support; and with PolicyLink, a national research and action institute advancing economic and social equity by "lifting up what works." Survey completed in early 2009; for an initial Report, see here. The Baton Rouge Advocate ran a front-page story on this survey before we even finished collecting data! Of course, there were no results to report, but interest will be high.
