Sweet Olive Cemetery Clean-Up

Join Volunteer LSU and students from the University of Tennessee as we work to beautify Sweet Olive Cemetery in Mid City, Baton Rouge's first African-American Cemetery. The goal of this project is to enhance the appearance and safety of the cemetery, providing a more welcoming environment for visitors and tourists. Transportation and lunch provided. Marching into Service

Join Campus Life as we return to the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Louisiana and the Hoffman Triangle in the Broadmoor Neighborhood to complete more work from the Building Champions through Service Project . Work will include landscaping, interior painting and baseball field maintenance. Transportation and food will be provided.

Service in the Swamp
Sat, March 3, 9am-12pm
It’s the South, and in the South we are proud of our swamps. On March 3rd, we will help our local ecosystems by removing invasive plants in the Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center. This project will be physically demanding and volunteers should expect to get muddy. Come join Volunteer LSU as we get dirty! Transportation and food are provided. Register by February 24th.
