Spring Into Service 2011—Community (Re)Bound
Location: Robert Lee High School (Baton Rouge Magnet High School)
Partner: Aramark
Overview: Around 70 students returned to a Community Bound school site during the spring to finish the work that had been started earlier in the year. They painted the building exterior and striped the parking lot.
Spring into Service 2010—Habitat Build
Location: New Orleans, LA
Partner: Habitat for Humanity
Overview: Students worked to build a home with Habitat for Humanity in an area that was still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Katrina.
Spring Into Service 2009—FixUp! Mid City
Location: Mid City area, Baton Rouge
Partners: Mid City Redevelopment Alliance & Campus Federal Credit Union
Overview: Volunteers restored the outside of homes in the once thriving Mid-City area of Baton Rouge. Work included painting and landscaping.
