Homecoming Service Project
Each year, LSU Homecoming incorporates a service project to benefit the Baton Rouge community. In 2009 and 2010 that project was CANapalooza. Student organizations, faculty, staff and community members collected canned-food items to benefit the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank (www.brfoodbank.org), and to help build a canned-food replica of Tiger Stadium on the Parade Ground.
