Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I create a team? Each team must have a team captain whose responsibilities are outlined HERE.
  • If I am a team leader, what information will I need from my team members? You will need each team member’s first and last name and their LSU email address. HERE is a PDF file that team leaders can use to collect their teams information.
  • What if I do not see my team captain’s name when I register? Contact your team leader about signing your team up, or become a team captain and sign your team up!
  • How many volunteers can I have on my team? A team can have as many as 15 volunteers, and if your group has more than that you can register multiple teams. 
  • If my team captain has registered my team already, do I still need to register? Yes. If your team captain has registered your team, then you will receive a link via email that will allow you to complete your registration process.
  • If I do not have a team, can I still register? Yes! If you do not have a team, simply click “Individual” registration and you can register yourself.
